The details matter.

Preserve the job scope through each step, and make changes visible before approval.

01 / DEFINE THE WORK

Start with the full picture.

Describe the fictional task. Keep the equipment, location, and intended work together.

Try changing this after the review step. The previous approval will no longer apply to the new revision.

REVISION 01
Human judgment and approval remain essential. No real permits or signatures are created.

The problem

Job details can be lost between an initial conversation and a completed permit. A later change can also make an earlier approval out of date.

My contribution

I designed a step-by-step permit experience around scope, hazards, protections, and explicit review. The guided demo makes the effect of a changed revision visible.

How it works

A local state machine records material edits as new revisions. Simulated approval is bound to one exact snapshot. Any later edit invalidates it, including edits that restore an earlier value.

Project evidence

Based on Green Tag and the permit walkthrough in my industrial applications presentation. Historical project milestones are recorded; current production deployment is not asserted.

Context & limitations

A fictional workflow demonstration. It does not issue work permits, provide a certified signature, establish regulatory compliance, or select adequate protections for real work.
